Best Probiotics for Tummy Ache Girls

Best Probiotics for Tummy Ache Girls
Reading Time: 2 minutes

I am one of those girls who poop once every 2-3 days and am super prone to constipation.

Most professionals tell me I just need more fiber, but I knew it was always MORE than that.

I finally started taking probiotics in my mid-30s, and it’s made a HUGE difference for my metabolism and digestion.

I’ve tried MANY probiotics and don’t mind switching up brands to keep my gut on its toes, but here are my most preferred brands that you should try.

Probiotics are also great for travel! It keeps stomach issues at bay when I’m eating from delicious street vendors and food carts.

Best Probiotics

#1 Florastor

I love Florastor! There’s no doubt it works but it is pretty pricey. I typically take 1 pill instead of the recommended 2 and tend to use the restroom on a daily basis.

#2 Goli

I’ve seen Goli all over social media feeds, and I’m glad to announce that it WORKS! I feel like I’m unloading multiple days of food each time I go. IT IS WONDERFUL!

Goli makes probiotic gummies that taste great and are gelatin-free! The dosage is 3 pieces per day, but I consume 2 and they work great!

Shop Goli products on Amazon or their website. Use code ALEXGOESGLOBAL for 10% off all your orders on their site.

#3 Ritual

Ritual Probiotics vitamins

Ritual creates luxury prebiotics. Their products have a minty flavor and are gentle on your body. They have products for both men and women.

#4 Trunature

Trunature only requires a pill a day, and it works wonders! There are also 100 pills in each bottle, so you have to replenish less often.

To Be Tested Brands

I made a list of brands that I will eventually try on my probiotic discovery journey.

Do Not Recommend Brands

I’ve tried these brands and do not recommend them.
